[Model/Skin Request] Simple Flashlight

I'm making a murder-based map and have been putting a lot of effort into making it better than the old "Murder at the Mansion" and "Who is the Killer?" maps. But this time I'm trying to make it more realistic. I have it based on campers in a mountain. And someone suggested to me that I should give them flashlights but I can't find a model for one anywhere. I tried the lamp found on this site but that's just an item and is way to big to be attached as a special effect. So if anyone can make me a simple flashlight for my map I'd really appreciate it.

Also, if you know the locations of any villager (male) skins or models that would be fit for my type of map please let me know. I just don't like the way the default villagers look like and think it would be nice to have something new.
