[Model/Skin] Lightning Spawn

Hey guys, I'm in need of a model that looks like its something that a mage could spawn, made out of lightning. Something that looks like a lava spawn, but looks like its made out of lightning. Even a skin would be nice to go over the current lava spawn model. Its a real key part for my map, or else one of my heros will probably be incomplete for abit.

Well, I;m using the first one as an alternate form for the hero, but it may work. Thanks for helping!
