[Import] Model shows nice in model viewer and just plain black shadow in-game?

Hellow, I got this correctly pathed and imported, all models look good in-game except this Mountain Giant one and used this approved epic skin >>>
Fear Giant

Well, without further ado, this guy just shows up ugly and clunky plain black thing with TC shoulders. Any solutions? because I'm not using this kind of shadowy weird thing unless I'm make a horror/vintage map .

I see the model uses TexturesMountainGiant.blp
wouln't it Textures\MountainGiant.blp instead?

See the texture bundles's final comments, I saw a couple of people have this problem about the "approved" skin.
