to use a skin first you import it, change its "custom path" from importmanager to what the file with the skin says it should be..
then save your game and exit world editor
reload it, and your skin should be working fine
NOTE: a skin means that that particular unit will be replaced..
So lets say the skin replaces warden, then you go to the warden model, and it will look like batman (texturewise XD)

What I should do is:
- Get the Priest model.
- Alpha out the wand.
- Remove any unnessesary things like the sparkles from his eyes.
- Changed the whole skin into black and start drawing on it.

And if you are done with the skin, you can try out animations on it with the AnimTransfer (backup of the model kinda is advised).

I saw it done in an other map.
