You need more information? need motivation? nobody wants to do it?
I think it isn't difficult to make this model but i haven't knowledge to do it myself.
Just tell me if i still useful to wait or if i must move on and continue without it.

Can't you just use the orc sitting on a chaos kodo beast :/?

There is better than a chaos kodo beast, i can use the chaos warlord.
I can use it if I want a unit but i can't if I want add it a funny thing.
Use the chaos warlord or the chaos kodo beast is my Plan B.

Okay, ask a model moderator (anarchianbedlam, General Frank, DonDustin, Pyritie, or shamanyouranus) to search the models section for a Peon riding a boar.
I once saw it, but I think it got needs fix or rejected.
I promise, there is, just ask those 5, they will be "happy" to help you.
