Model doesn't show in-game

Hi, I've got a problem, I just finished this model and it displays fine in Model Editor and Warcraft 3 Viewer, but not in WE (
I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look on it and maybe tell me what's wrong so that I can fix it.

the stand anim was corupted: it should never last fo 0 frames
oh and always remove the texture called replaceable id 0

should work now
