model dl question

Once again this is a super cool site.

Prelude to Question...[may sound silly but i am noob]...i dl'd a model and put it on a map of nothingness just to see if i could do it. Followed instructions..SUCCESS!!!

So my question is... Does the new model now become perpetual and do i still have a peasant model?
