Is there one? Yes, there is. It's awful (It's just a reskin of Arthas.) but it does indeed exist.

Have fun finding it, pretty sure Hive cut it from the section.

Oh, and to those that do have it. Don't upload it unless you know who the author is.

There's a good one on that forum Shini posted a while back. Just hunt around a bit and follow Shini's instructions and you'll be able to find it with a bit of work.
