the only way i found out to actually "kill" the summoned unit within 0.01s and still be able to deal damage + stun (often the unit dies faster than the spell and hence the damage doesnt pass) is to set a negative regeneration for the summoned unit with like 1 hp and a -10 hp regeneration (for safety measures)

thing about setting the dummy unit to 0.01 is that sometimes the damage of the spell does not even pass at all, because the dummy dies even before the spell passes through in that sense.

best way to get rid of the dummy is to set the dummy duration to at least 1 second, but give it 1 hp and a -10 hp regeneration, that way it is a 100% sure that your damage and stun will go through.

Why you get it so complicated?! Looool....
Make a dummy WITHOUT locust, and give it invulnerable ability. No damage. No spells.
Then, make in the spell's contest, it's duration about 2-3 seconds.
Similar processes are seen in DotA's Lina (Light Strike Array) and Leshrac (Split Earth) .
