Merging items' charges

I want to merge 2 items. I'm not speaking about 2 different items becoming a new one. I want, for example, to merge 2 potions, so I get only one potion with the first potion's charges add second potions charge. I don't remember how to do it, damnit. Someone please refresh my fish memory -_-.

If these has been answered before, excuse me. I didn't find it with the search tool.

You need to fetch the 2 item's number of charges via triggers. Then you add them together and set one of the items to that many charges. Finally you remove the other item.

I am sure we have a stacking system in the tutorial's section.

Shit, so it was via triggers... then it's just a piece of cake, but I thought it could be done with the object editor...
