Last year I decided to start a spiritual successor to Jayborino's Maporino! event. You can find it all on my channel here! For the first round we got a total of 29 entries, counting the 2 late submissions. Of those I chose one winner to earn the illustrious grand prize - a beautiful medal like the one above made in MS Paint in like 10 minutes. If this prize invokes burning desire in you, you need an excuse to make a map, or you just have something you want to see played, submit to Mapocalypse by the deadline!

The rules are as follows:
1) Your entry must be playable in one of the following games:
- StarCraft II
- Warcraft III Classic 1.29.2 or 1.31 (please specify which patch)
- Warcraft III Reforged (you can make me play on reforged graphics but I won't be happy about it)
- StarCraft Remastered
- Starship Troopers: Terran Command
1b) You can also submit a map for any RTS game that you have made yourself.

2) Maps can be designed for single player or multiplayer but if I can't find 24 players I'm not running your 24 person map with all slots filled.

3) You may only submit one map per person or team.

4) You may submit a map regardless of when it was originally created.

5) Do not use assets or code for your map without permission and credit.
5a) I do not like generative AI. The use of it for this showcase is discouraged.

6) No maps larger than 2 gigabytes. This rule only exists because someone in Maporino! proved it was necessary.

7) Don't be an asshole. I will disqualify any map or author I deem unfit.

8) Submit your map to [email protected]. Please include your name, your map or complete instructions on how to acquire it (e.g. if it's on the Starcraft 2 Arcade), what game it's for, and any extra steps needed to run it. You may send up to 4 updated versions before the deadline.

9) You must submit your map on or before July 31st, 2026. July 31st 2026 ends when the clock strikes midnight PST.
9a) After the deadline you have a one week grace period. Anything submitted in the grace period will still be played, but will be ineligible for the grand prize.
