I know this is pretty irrelevant and might be offensive and an annoyance, but who in the WC3 world will throw a mana potion right into the face of their, ally or enemy.

Nice idea, though i am a bit confused about the model's bottom.......why is it wooden? This is by no means an offense, but why not make the entire bottle of glass except the top with the lid? This aside, wood absorbs moisture so the bottle's content would get lesser with the passing time......
Otherwise, though it has a slight cartoonish touch, it's a good idea and quite good execution.
