Well i am a HUGE noob, i have no idea how to make a model, witch tools do i need, what are the steps on making them, and how do i download the tools to the world editor

Wow you are a noob. I remember when i was like you. Theres a thread up top that has a list of programs, but my suggestion is that you start out with oinknerwinkles tools, war3 file veiwer, and file converter. If you want to edit skins you'll need to get somthing like paint shop or photo shop.

theres a tutroial on in below the "download model" button on this website.
Not to mention there are tutorials on this stuff in the forum. and theres a basic tut up top. most have links to other tuts to. Just look around.

Im trying to look for the 1 that ooz... um the guy with the avatar that has a black and white cartoon on a poll thing. well anyweys he has this tut that i looked before but cant find it now. i looked at a tut that explains some stuff,but there were no pictures and i couldnt really under stand it
