Works well in-game, and it is a very interesting piece. I'd personally suggest you to limit the shoulder particles to the Model Space, then a weird trail of green particles isn't left behind the model as it walks around. And possibly reduce the particle count there too. Also, you might want to synchronize the death with its sound.

Since it works fine, already approved. Good job.
