Looking for an HD model pack

High i'm new here so I don't know if this is the right sub to ask this in, but I'm wondering if there are any model packs for vanilla WC3 that replace the models(Trees,Buildings, and Units) with ones from the HD WoW update. I don't won't any extra units, just the standard ones in game, mostly because Warcraft 3 has aged pretty bad.

I know there are individual models but having them in a pack would be much easier for my convenience.
