I need help. Can somebody tell me what are the best programs for editing Warcraft 3?

I'm talking about new models, terrains, animations and thigs like that that can't be done with the normal warcraft 3 world editor.

Please, if you know anything, tell me, it would be nice. ^^

(I have helped in the Far Cry Jurassic Park mod and I have done a lot of models for Painkiller and Doom 3)

there r no programs for terrain, just the editor. for modeling beginning oinkerwinkle tools from ionkerwinkle.com for advanced use 3d's max or g max (dl from this site) for skins, just a good art program
