WoW rips are not allowed on this page so I guess leauge of legend rips are not allowed either
also this model is crap for wc3 since it has 5 times as many vertices and 7 times as many faces as a normal hero
so pcs will start lagging very fast
and as you said it is unanimated
I'd suggest to remove the link and the upload

Fuzzy's right, you're being rude. This is the Request forum, not a demand forum- requests are done in user's free time and without being paid. Try to be more polite and calm.

I can see that the original two misread you, but you have to make the request more clear. What you actually want is a model based off of the character art, vaguely similar to the LoL model but you want a War3 version, yes?

Therefore a model link or whatever was not necessary or allowed, as the modellers can't actually use it in compliance with the site's rules. Try to be more specific and know what you're trying to request, and don't shout at people because they're cleaning up your act for requesting badly. Sheesh.
