Unnecessary.
People can design their own loading screens because it is for their map, it basically gets rid of a map's uniqueness.

Sopho is right, each person make useally make his own custom loading to his own map, and there is allready a very old section, but it only contains the custom loadings which allready come with WE

with the given loading screens u suffer here (those of the original war3) it isnt necessary to make an new section everbody should be able to creat new own loading screens out of them

why would they read your tutorial when they have the Monolyth map in their maps\frozen throne\scenario folder?

And it is better to get Rod's map with the 100Kb loading screen model

What about the help from Monolith map? Some people think its just a normal map from Blizzard - so what why check that out. Not to mention some could have deleted theirs.

Reading my tutorial will just teach them easier than the advice trigger comment in Monolith.

I would vote for a *YES*, if I havn't joined too late... (like.. today?)
I was actually looking for that seccion (screens) when I first came to this website. I think is not useless if people make new generic loading screens (just like the old ones..) that can fit any map... not everybody is capable to make maps from scratch, and not all the people are good with the artistic part.. so why not to have the chance to share our capabilities with others?

Just my 2 cents.
