can someone convert this into a loading screen for my map, i just hardly can't do it and always kept going black on the game!

Import them as:
LoadingScreen.mdx
and
FullScreen.blp

Hi can someone convert this image into a LoadingScreen ?? I tryed 10000 times .... but it was a black screen ...
