So i made most of the triggers for this map before i fully understood arrays. Everything is a separate trigger with no arrays. Is there any reason to go back and make everything arrays? Maybe lag? Or just more elegant triggers? Is there anything terribly concerning about not using arrays and having a ton of triggers?

Arrays lead to less triggers which means less Events/Conditions/Actions which should mean better performance. However, I doubt you'd really notice much of a difference if any at all by making this change. Just take advantage of Arrays in your future triggers/projects, they're there to make your life easier and open up new possibilities.
