Well, saying that your English is bad is not a valid reason for not writing a decent map description. As long as you write in an understandable English, you must try to create a good map description including info about the map, a credits list, a changelog and screenshots (if you want) otherwise your map will be rejected instantly.

Like Shadow said,as long as you can write understandable english.Nobody is going to hate you for speaking english bad.I'm not english either.I could also make a description for you if you want.Other than that,i recommend you take a look at the links Sclammerz posted

The game seems really incomplete, you should probably practice more than rushing your way in uploading. This map is rejected.
