mesh looks churchy but make an ingame screeny + (not necesairly) a magos screenshot without bones. The model needs the folowing animations to be a building: Stand, Stand Work, Death, Birth --> those at least

yah, include a stand animation atleast. probably a build anim too since its a TC building, aswell as a unit training similar to the keeps unit trainin anim.
