Just convert jpg to blp

I tried almost 10 programs to convert jpg (or tga, bmp, whatever), but nothing works at all.

it either didnt open at all, or it didnt convert it correctly, or whatever, result is, that i googled almost an hour to find some solution, but with no result.

So, is here some good spirit, which can convert this stupid jpg to blp?

Well you just need Warcraft 3 Viewer, then select the Convert BMP/TGA/JPG to BLP option. Then when they ask for the compression select ok, when they ask for the alpha channel click yes.

The easier way, open War3model editor. Open your pic with that. Go to texture manager, then right-click and export it, rename as .blp.
It will compressed by 90 percent. If you don't want to, modify it on properties.

I dont know but, I think the pic is too small
the minimum size of blp pic is 64x64 as far as I know and your pic is around 49x52 ?
