So far, so good, but not enough for approval at the moment.

The shading is really poor, almost non-existent, and shading is paramount when it comes to WC3, as it has no complex shaders. Focus on giving much more detail to the texture.

I agree that it needs a bit more shading and detailing here and there (the cloak and pants mainly), but otherwise this is a great texture!
Also, if I'm not mistaken, the in-game portrait cuts off at the beginning of her cleavage, so that white area shouldn't be visible
