Jaina fire attack animation recoloring (Reforged)

Hellou,

I've no idea how hard it is, so lemme know if it is too harder to do. But I would love to have the same model as Jaina. The only change would be that when she attacks, fire that going out of the top of her staff is more "icy-blue fire" than "red-flamy fire".
