Greetings!

Hello i need your help again guys i have a problem with my item
The problem is everytime i use the item ability i cant see the item's cooldown.

You mean, you don't see the "Cooldown: " part in tooltip or you don't see the darkened animation of item refreshing?

If problem is "Cooldown: ", then just see what's the cooldown in ability that item uses and put in item tooltip that cooldown

If you mean the cooldown animation, make sure you put the active ability of the item to the top of it's ability list...
