How do you make a item that can do a spell on a chance. Like how to make a Item with a 20% chance to release a chain lightning.

Also how can you make a channeling ability a non channeling ability?

to create a channel spel lthat doesnt need to channel you need to use dummy unit, that means you create a invisible unit on caster to cast the spell for him.
