Item + Autocast ability

So is it possible to add Searing Arrow to an item ? I tried and failed.

PS: I know how to do it with triggers. The question is is it possible without.

Maybe if you change the orderstring of the searing arrow to "attack" But, I don't think so. The ability would remain off, unless you order the unit (with triggers) to activate searing arrows.

Im quite sure its not.

But why do you need Searing Arrows in the first place? There are other abilities which add bonus damage to the attack or change the projectile.
