The Idea is to control islands, which provide income and food. Your basic units are all free, alowing them to be replaced (and killed) easyly. To defeat the enemy, you have to use your buildings, advanced units and abilities effectively. Compared to your units, building abilities are way overpowered. But its ok, becouse you can always get more units.
