[Trigger] Is this spell possible?

A fear spell similar to World of Warcraft.

What it has to do:

Affected unit gains movespeed (easy - dummy unit with bloodlust)
Affected unit is constantly ordered to move away from the caster (easy - periodic trigger)
Affected unit cannot be given orders, but can still be attacked and targeted by spells (no idea how)

Change the target Unit to Neutral - and after the fear duration to the default user

Cancel all orders (re-issue their last order) of units with the fear buff. You may want to use the LastOrder library to help you with this.
