Inventroy items drop from Hero when dead

Hello guys, why do items drop from Hero when dead when i use this trigger? (v1.26a)

• Hero - Create Potion of Restoration and give it to DreadLord 0208 <gen>

This thing happened also in HumanCampaign9 with Mal'Ganis when they gave him Ankhs.

Should i make my trigger like this?

• Hero - Create Potion of Restoration and give it to DreadLord 0208 <gen>
• Item - Make (Last created item) Undroppable

• Item - Make Potion of Restoration undroppable from heroes upon death

Or why not in the Object Editor : Stats - Droppable from carried upon death = False
