Infraview help

I heard you can convert into a BLP in Infraview but I can't find how. Im trying to make a custom loading screen for a map im going to make. I also forgot how to name the picture inside the import manager for the picture that will replace the minimap image.

I tried it but it only opens and then closes, can't even see it for a fraction of a second.
