Well, The Hive Workshop is a community forum of the Game Warcraft 3. As it is an extremly moddable game, a big community has gathered around it, even though the game was released in the year 2002/2003.
You can find many modifications and stuff here, though, it doesn't focus on Warcraft only. There are sub-forums like offtopic, concept art forums, 3d modelling forums (for warcraft and non-warcraft things) and other games.
