[General] Increasing Scale Value increases Art attachment size

Nope.

Origin (and maybe overhead) attachments might be able to be emulated by putting them on an otherwise invisible dummy unit that's always at the same position as the real one. That's kinda unwieldy though in comparison to just editing the attachment model.

WC3 lacks a SC2 style actor system which allows one to specify what properties are inherited from the attachment parent. Your only solution in WC3 is to edit the models using a third party model editor and then import the modified model and use that as the attachment.
