in DOTA, i want to edit a spell

This video shows everything i want. first, you will see original arrow.
but when it goes to late(after 8 min.) you will see what i want to this arrow be. it just show arrows aoe(aoe is 140). this is important for aiming. i want to see this arrows aoe.

can anybody help me pls? you can find smilar model, you can teach me how can i edit this spell, or you can just edit this spell for me

Err, just search for the spell on most wc3 modding sites, they should have it.
