the tutorial Jake provided is a complete one, you should also know the coding of the spell you are importing, or system
some users that upload spells like me, will instruct you how to import
otherwise, in a GUI, JASS, vJASS (all of them) spell/system, you will need to Copy and Paste the FOLDER that contains the spell
and check the following:

1) Go to file > preferences and make sure "automaticly generate unkown variables" are ticked

2) Copy the ability First

3) Copy the trigger

Check the ability being cast and dummy if the spell is not working, or constact the author of the spell.
