Importing Problems...

I've been trying to import 2 very good skins into my map...

I've been using the paths that I see using Wc3 Viewer...
here they are
Gimli's Path = Units\Human\HeroMountainKing\heromountainking.blp
Imp's path = Textures\HeroGoblinAlchemistBlue.blp

Please help me! Neither of these skins work!

What do u mean dont work? black red? Invisble?

the skins of the models just do not change.

Try these ones:

Textures\HeroMountainKing.blp

Textures\HeroGoblinAlchemist.blp

As you can see here... the gimli skin works except that none of the Alpha's are in (see axe and horns) and the Alchemist still does not work.

do not know ... maybe the other one ?

Textures\HeroGoblinAlchemistBLUE.blp

The alpha channel does not show ingame ? Sounds like it was deleted before at the skin, so you DLed the skin without it, just add the alpha-channel again on the skin.
