Icons not working

Alright i downloaded some icons from the icons sections and i've set the paths correctly and everything, but when i add them to an ability or something, there's just blackness where there should be an icon.

the icon's i've been trying are mr. andrei's extrude, multinature and fire shield.

Do you mean blackness as nothing?

If so, you might not have saved. If it appears black, I have no clue how it malfunctioned.

yeah i mean nothing shows up where the icon should be but if i hover over the space the tooltip shows up and everything. i've saved and restarted numerous times but no dice :/
