IMPORTING PROBLEM

Ok....i have tried importin models but the thing is....i cant find the import manager....ive tried the regular world editor warcraft 3 comes with...ive tried we unlimited and still i cant find it...i have looked for it in the menus and i have pressed f12 like some tutorials say and still nothing...can anyone help me
