Importing help

How can i import , That a model uses x(skin of my preference) skin..? Is it possible to change it IN WE if it doesnt how can i ?

There's an import button on the editor, it's right next to "Test Map"

To apply a skin to an existing model you must know the exact texture name and file path.

For example, if you wish to reskin the peasant model, you would remame your custom skin Peasant.blp and set it's path to: Textures\Peasant.blp

Use Warcraft III Viewer to determine exact model file texture paths.

If i want to put the royal archer skin onto the night elf archer what would i do.

Sorry...but is royal archer imported? Or is it already on the map, becasuse i've seen that before.

If i want to put the royal archer skin onto the night elf archer what would i do.

One way to do it is to:

1. Download Royal Archer.blp
2. Rename the file Ranger.blp
3. Import the file into a map.
4. Set the custom file path to Textures\Ranger.blp
