Image over Terrain problems

Ok, so i have al the files i need. the map.blp and the trigger i have is.

Event - time elapsed is .5 seconds
Conditions -
Actions - Image - Create wc3importedfiles/map.blp at (center of playable area) size 10,000 with an angle of 0

But it doesnt work, anyone see any problems with this?

Remove the "wc3importedfiles/" from BOTH the trigger AND the imported file. Then restart World Editor and it should be fine.

ok, so heres what i want to do with it.

Im making a risk type game, and I want it to be as authentic as possible for my clan map off since we are doing board games. So im trying to get the actual risk board for the terrain, but i suck at terrain and my clan leader suggested putting the image over the terrain but not over the units. So i was trying to do this, and how would I do this?
