i'm new and need some help pls

Hi all, i'm new here i want to learn everything about making new units but only if you guys help me so i have some questions:

1-how can i remove a weapon or a shield from a unit and what tool do i need
2-how can i make a unit myself? and what tools do i need
3-how can i import a unit in my map?... i downloaded some units from Hive but i don't know how to import them to my map.
4-can some1 give me the links to all Tools needed for the unit editing?

ok all things you need i think are here Warcraft III Tutorials - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site in the turorial section there are tutorials about how to make units (modelleing) and how to remove weapons just look at them
