Depends, each race has weakness and strengths. Use each race, pick which one suits u best.

Read strategy forums to learn which race is in this patch imbalanced. As far as I know the most imbalanced race now are Night Elves.

Imbalanced? I think night elves are still way powerful, espacially for my race (orcs). Their Chimaera kills my taurens and grunts alot.

Night Elves r the best I think (just like in RoC) cuz when the humans have built footys and some rifleman, the orcs grunts and the undead ghouls, the nightelves already have huntresses. And the archers have 800 range with that upgrade so they r better then most 2 food units (grunts r the best)

Yes, but they also die in like 2 hits. An archer's 125 HP vs a grunt's 800? Or a footy's defend? or against a ghoul's speed? Melee heroes OWN archers, especially fast ones like deomon hunters and blade masters. Early game night elves I dont think are that great.

I think the best stuff in TFT are some units which certainly improved Human (Dragonhawks are a most if you fight against air units), Orc (same for Troll Batridgers, without them, you could mass chimaeras easily, as long as your opponent doesn't use wyverns ) and Undead (Statues are a must, and so are their aerial part with devour magic). On the other hand, Faerie Dragons are not that useful (they can easily be killed, Mana Flare is not that cool, it can easily be countered) and neither are Mountain Giants (cost too much gold, food and lumber, I still stick to bears, they have rejuv ).

I think TFT brings much more advantages to all the other races except the Night Elves. Well, that's just my opinion.

I would say that mountain giants are good, damn they're effective at destroying whole bases, are hard to kill (very well meat shields). I agree that they're pretty expensive, but I still consider them EXTREMELY useful.

If they have Chims you just have to use Wyvern Riders not batriders. If they use Hippogryphs too, then that's other story.

In my opinion, TFT is good but the campaigns are not funnier than the RoC's ones. The best race, is Naga. Considering melee, it's really NE, their tech capacity is amazing. I don't understand how players at Battle.net tech for chims so quickly. To counter statues, get Raiders not Wyverns. To counter other Wyverns use Troll Batriders or Raiders.

I play ROC (boooooooo) and I'm amazed too by teching speed of Night Elves and Orcs too. I don't know how it goes in TFT but in ROC elves aren't that powerful, undead kill them with two-three frost novas.
