With Button Manager, you can make any image into an icon. Try it!
Anyway, I could do them easily, but I'm not sure if permission is needed.
Off topic: Ket is the author of most of those models. His last activity was 07-15-2013. Is that long enough inactivity, so I can make those icons? Could anyone give a link to these kinds of rules (for icons and models), I can't seem to find them anywhere.
