I have been making my own custom icons for quite some time, and have yet to have a problem with putting in correct paths.
I have been having trouble with an autocast icon lately however. I have the following paths:

Normal icon:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNPoisonArrows.blp
Turn On/Off icon:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNPoisonArrowsOn.blp
Disabled icon:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNPoisonArrows.blp
Disabled Turn On/Off icon:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNPoisonArrowsOn.blp

Out of these four, only the Disabled icons work.

If anyone has any advice at all, it would be greatly appreciated.
