This should be in the icon forums.
When you download a zip of icons on wc3sear extract both to a folder (it doesn't matter when you extract them) and then open up World Editor.
Go to import manager (Make sure you have TFT) and import the 2 icons you extracted from the zip.
Change the path now, you don't have to but if you don't the disabled version won't work in the game so change it to ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNTheicon.blp
For the disabled version just add " Disabled " at the end of " CommandButtons " of the path and add " DISBTN " too

OK

At first you extract the .zip-file ANYWHERE on your pc

Then open WE and open the Import-Manager. There you import the extractet .blp-files

Then you have to change the path (right-click on the imported files, there you find the option, sorry, only know the german name of the option, but I'm sure you'll find it, simply try)

A BTNxxx.blp has the path "Replaceable Textures\CommandButtons\BTNxxx.blp"

A DISBTNxxx.blp has the path "Replaceable Textures\CommandButtons\DISBTNxxx.blp"

A PASBTNxxx.blp has the path "Replaceable Textures\PassiveButtons\PASBTNxxx.blp

(of course without the brackets)

Edit: @Sopho: LOL Sopho, looks like you write faster then me
