Make the icon bigger so that the orange thing doesn't appear on your icon, cartoon your icon until you think it looks fine and then make a ss, go in paint, click paste and then crop the icon.
Also to make the icon borders use this program Button Manager v1.8.2. The icon will appear in the left up corner.
