Your trick didn't work.

The Use Custom Game Interface option is checked, but nothing is changed and as for the imported files:
BTNHumanBarrack.blp Image/Texture 10 war3mapImported\BTNHumanBarrack.blp
BTNTowerLookout.blp Image/Texture 10 war3mapImported\BTNTowerLookout.blp
Build.mdx Model 101 war3mapImported\Build.mdx
DISBTNHumanBarrack.blp Image/Texture 10 ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNHumanBarrack.blp
DISBTNTowerLookout.blp Image/Texture 10 ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNTowerLookout.blp
SmithV2.mdx Model 187 war3mapImported\SmithV2.mdx
WatchTower.mdx Model 22 war3mapImported\WatchTower.mdx

I don't think those imported files are the cause here. I wanted to follow the tutorial from Custom TD v 1.0 and posted some triggers from there into my map, but I changed my mind, so I removed those triggers. I saved the map, tested it and got those ugly green colors.
