I need help converting this image to BLP. every time I use WC3Viewer to convert her she gets a bug. is all Blue:

can someone recommend me another program and converts it for me?

For future occasions,
use BLP Lab to convert images into BLP file and vice versa.

It is very user friendly and doesn't cause so much quality loss.
