I need a sweet Question Mark Icon

pretty much take the question mark icon from:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNSelectHeroOn.blp

Make it look bad ass and i'll put it in my Custom Hero Footies game
I'll credit you in F9 if i like it and use it. and (+rep)

I need it within a day or 2 if its going to make it for v3.2 otherwise i will use it for v3.3

Its pretty close to the top so your time will be well spent

For key words make it like Question, mark, ?, random, select, etc. idk stuff like that. Because that was my train of thought when i search for it and found nothing.
